NYSE Technologies has implemented its SuperFeed data ticker plant and OneTick capture and time series analysis solution as the new market data content source for its Web site www.nyse.com.

The platform offers visitors free access to data, charting and historical analysis tools for all National Market System (NMS) listed securities.

Stanley Young, CEO of NYSE Technologies and co-Global CIO of NYSE Euronext, said in a statement, "Many of our clients utilize our SuperFeed platform for its extensive market coverage, unparalleled low latency and proven uptime dependability. The NYSE Euronext website, however, requires a number of highly specific features that make it a true news and market data center with the scalability to capably handle the extraordinary spikes in traffic resulting from market-driven events."

He added, "We have met those unique challenges with our SuperFeed product and we look forward to continuing to serve the investing public's information needs"

The SuperFeed service is part of a broader project to enhance and re-launch the nyse.com site, which includes the introduction of market data for other asset classes and exchange-traded products as well.
