According to an internal memo confirmed by a UBS spokesperson, Seth Weingram has joined the firm as Managing Director and Head of Equity Derivatives Strategy.

He will be responsible for developing a customer-oriented derivatives strategy product as well as providing empirical research for trading.

Weingram will be based in UBS' Stamford office and report to Chris Leone, co-Head of U.S. Equity Derivatives Trading.

Previously Weingram was at Barclays Global Investors and he has also worked at Deutsche Bank.
